End of the Line!

The extended access service for GP appointments terminated on the 1st of Oct 2023. (Replaced by the Same day access service – see details under the patients tab)

The telephone line (0203 649 4499) that was available for patients to book appointments, has been going to voicemail with a message that  the service was terminated

It has been circa 6 months since the service was terminated and now the telephone line (0203 649 4499) will be made defunct.

HBD does not expect any issues …Patients have been and are booking Same day access appointments through 111 or through their practice.

HBD were asked to ensure that the line had a message (advising patients of the change ) for at least 3 months. HBD has more than met that ask and it is now time to let it go.
